The room provided a great view of the lake. Polite staff members offered helpful assistance. The room size was adequate for my needs. I appreciated the proximity to a Migros supermarket next to the hotel.

The shower experience was not great because water pressure was low, and the shower head leaked.

Staff demonstrated excellent service. They provided useful tips about public transportation. Luggage storage was available upon my early arrival before the room became available. The team helped me navigate the area and made the check-in process smooth.

The location is quite good, near the lake.

My room showed significant wear. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. I found mold in the grout. The parking situation was difficult. It was cramped and far too expensive, considering it's not even a private garage.
